For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to use the zk889 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your place of residence;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of zk889 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You do not have an existing active or suspended zk889 account — each player is permitted one account only;
• You are not subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or self-exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

zk889 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to confirm eligibility at any stage, including but not limited to a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the zk889 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information current at all times. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your Indonesian bank account details, and a valid email address and mobile phone number. zk889 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by a Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. zk889 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity carried out using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified zk889 of unauthorised access promptly upon discovery. zk889 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

zk889 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or any other conduct that may be harmful to the platform or to other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or deliberate misrepresentation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.

zk889 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment account does not match the registered zk889 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned, minus any applicable bank processing charges. zk889 will not be responsible for any delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the zk889 account. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driving licence) and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership. zk889 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above Rp 5.000.000. Withdrawals are processed during operational hours; requests submitted outside of these hours will be queued for the next available processing window.

zk889 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 matchweeks, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the promotion is communicated to the Player.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports bets) will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on games marked as excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward the wagering requirement.

zk889 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, using automated betting software or scripts, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, zk889 reserves the right to void any bonus, reverse any winnings derived from that bonus, and permanently close the account without compensation.

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account balance without notice. Players are responsible for tracking bonus expiry dates. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the zk889 system, it is final and binding. Players may not cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed wager. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed before it commences, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or pricing error that results in an incorrect payout, odds display, or game outcome, zk889 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the stake to the Player's account. This includes situations where a pricing error results in odds that are significantly out of line with the true market. zk889 will not be obligated to honour payouts that result from demonstrable system errors.

zk889 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per calendar day across all product categories. Specific limits are displayed within each product section of the platform. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit, and the excess will not be paid out.

The togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) section of zk889 operates under its own game-specific rules, including draw schedules, result verification procedures, and prize structures. Players must review the togel rules applicable to each market (including Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney pools) before placing bets. zk889 accepts no liability for bets placed based on a misunderstanding of draw times or prize tiers.

All content on the zk889 platform — including but not limited to the zk889 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary elements — is the exclusive property of zk889 or its licensed third-party content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zk889 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. • Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law without authorisation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or zk889 staff through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or infrastructure of the zk889 platform;
• Using the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's systems or interfere with any other party's use of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk889 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the zk889 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account, transactions, or data;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content, including odds displays and game results;
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, zk889's total liability to a Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and zk889, the Player should in the first instance contact the zk889 customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. If the matter cannot be resolved at the customer support level, it will be escalated to the zk889 compliance team for formal review. Players retain the right to seek independent legal advice at any stage of the dispute process.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit a Player's rights under any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in their jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
